I love this wooden statue that I got at yard sale for FREE! Emily (grade 3)did a wonderful interpretation of it using oil pastel.

I created this blog in 2004 to document my transition from a traditional art program in which students complete art lessons chosen by the teacher to an art program where the students choose the art they wish to make....in essence...behaving like an artist.
