I created this blog in 2004 to document my transition from a traditional art program in which students complete art lessons chosen by the teacher to an art program where the students choose the art they wish to make....in essence...behaving like an artist.

That last one made me say "awww" Reminds me of things my piloting 17 year old made when he was younger.
i loved looking at your entire blog...i started choice last year and i absolutely loved it...but some teacher who i greatly respect made a comment about how easily that can swing the other way then when i looked at your "stuff" i remembered why i enjoyed my little artists last year. thanks!
